Founded in 2003, AIMA factory occupies over 4,800 square meters and operates three production lines within a Grade 100 GMP pharmaceutical workshop. The facility has an annual output capacity of 5 million units of sodium hyaluronate gel products, including dermal fillers and mesotherapy solutions.

Our in-house R&D laboratory is staffed by five senior specialists, each with more than 20 years of experience in sodium hyaluronate gel manufacturing, alongside 6 designers from China, the United States, France, and Dubai who bring diverse cultural and aesthetic perspectives to product development. Together with our total workforce of over 110 employees, the team continuously develops new collections each year. With more than 1,000+ proven formulations on file, we are well-positioned to support private label and wholesale partnerships.

We utilize world-class instruments sourced from Europe to ensure pharmaceutical-grade precision:

  • German OPTIMA fully automated vacuum filling and capping machines
  • Swedish GETINGE double-door cabinet sterilizers
  • Agilent HPLC systems to maintain near-zero BDDE residuals
  • Anton Paar rheometers to fine-tune the viscoelasticity of each gel batch
  • Fully automated, pharmaceutical-grade filling lines that eliminate the risk of human-induced contamination

Since 2006, AIMA has collaborated with leading medical institutions, including the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and Shanghai Ninth People‘s Hospital. Through these partnerships, we have advanced our NASHA technology, which passes stabilized hyaluronic acid through sieves of varying mesh sizes to produce customized gel particles. This approach ensures consistent particle morphology, stable viscoelasticity, and a smooth, controlled injection force. Clinical outcomes confirm that our gels meet the highest standards: consistent quality, superior lifting capacity, long-lasting durability, and an extremely low incidence of adverse reactions.
